If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. The return must include the original invoice with the RMA number added to it. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear) and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Moda Fina Boutique E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on modafinaboutique.com. E-Gift Cards never expire.
Defective items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery date. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package (delivery date).

No in person returns are allowed at our physical store. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages left at your shipping address. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Moda Fina Boutique will not issue online return credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Moda Fina Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Moda Fina Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Moda Fina Boutique reserves the right to refuse service (online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Moda Fina Boutique items sent to our address will be discarded upon receipt.
Wardrobing & Excessive Returns
Our Team at Moda Fina Boutique also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Moda Fina Boutique Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. We must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customers, so therefore we reserve the right to refuse service to a customer.
Shoe Return Policy
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 14 days after the delivery date if the following conditions are met:
All items must be unworn,
You must include the original invoice/packing slip
We can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to our location, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you an online store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return and inspected it. You return will be inspected by the Moda Fina Team and may take up to 14 business days after we received the package to issue an online E-Gift Card. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item.
We endeavor to ship non-damaged items, but we will issue you online store credit in the form of an online E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, we will issue you an online store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return and inspected it. You return will be inspected by the Moda Fina Team and may take up to 14 business days after we received the package to issue an online E-Gift Card.
"Sale” items cannot be returned for online store credit. Additionally, accessories (belts, bras, earrings, handbags, hats, lingerie, and necklaces), bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable. In the event of an unauthorized return, Moda Fina Boutique reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for accessories (belts, bras, earrings, handbags, hats, lingerie, and necklaces), bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments, or sale items.
